Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
EEX New Zealand Limited, an overseas company having its registered office at Ernst & Young, 100 Willis Street, Wellington, gives notice that it intends to apply to
the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Companies Register on the basis that
the company intends to cease to carry on business in
New Zealand.
