Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gerard Holdings Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia and having a place of business in New Zealand at 47 Ben Lomond Crescent, Pakuranga, Auckland, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand with effect from the 30th day of April 2002.
