Norske Skog Canada Limited (formerly known as Fletcher Challenge Canada Limited) and a company incorporated under the laws of Canada and registered under Part XVIII
of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
