Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
The shareholders of National Consolidated Investments Pty Limited have requested that the Australian company be removed as a branch from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business
in New Zealand and has discharged in full its liabilities to
all its known New Zealand creditors.
Any objection to this removal, under section 341 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar not less than 3 months after the date of this notice.
