New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Alliance Capital Australia Limited intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and, not earlier than 3 months after giving this notice, will give notice to the Registrar of Companies stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
