Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

The order of adjudication dated the 15th day of March
2001 against Day, Carolyn Jan, unemployed, of 7 Bangor Street, Mataura, was annulled by order of the High Court
at Invercargill on the 15th day of March 2001.
The order of adjudication dated the 17th day of September 2001, against Winiata, Michael Kemp Wilson, of 18 Petrie Street, Rotorua, was annulled by order of the High Court
