Notice of Orders Annulling Adjudications
The orders of adjudication dated the 30th day of August 2001 against Mitchell, Barry Thomas, and the 3rd day of September 2001 against Mitchell, Gillian Margaret, both of 80 Mallard Drive, Rotorua, were annulled by order of the Rotorua High Court with effect from the 12th day of August 2002.
The order of adjudication dated the 19th day of November 2001 against Wright, Aaron Douglas, of 85 Courtenay Drive, Kaiapoi, was annulled by order of the Christchurch High Court with effect from the 17th day of December 2001.
