Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Postal Ballot in Lieu of First
Creditors' Meeting
Jennings-Steers, Jan Mary, of 30 Syracuse Place, Albany, Auckland, was adjudged bankrupt on the 17th day of August 2001.
A postal ballot regarding a creditors' compromise under part 12 of the Insolvency Act 1967 will be held on the 2nd day of August 2002.
All ballots must be received by 5.00 p.m. on the 2nd day of August 2002.
To vote on the compromise, creditors must have filed a proof of debt in the estate and obtained the appropriate voting forms.
Creditors requiring further details as to the terms of the composition should contact the official assignee prior to the ballot date.
