Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
Pursuant to Section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967
The order of adjudication dated the 18th day of February 2002 against Towler, Ronnie William, of 45 Old Taupo Road, Rotorua, was annulled by order of the High Court
at Rotorua dated the 18th day of March 2002.
