Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
Section 119 of the Insolvency Act 1967
The order of adjudication, dated the 17th day of December 2001 against Edwards, John, of 59 Penrose Street, Lower Hutt, Wellington, was annulled by order of the High Court, Wellington, dated Monday, the 25th day of February 2002.
