Take notice that on the 29th day of January 2002, an application for putting Contact United Machinery Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 4th day of March 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Chief Executive of New Zealand Customs Service, whose address for service is at the
offices of Messrs Raymond Donnelly & Co, Barristers and Solicitors, Level Five, Amuri Courts, 293 Durham Street (P.O. Box 533), Christchurch.
