Take notice that on the 10th day of December 2001, an application for putting Budget Self Storage Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 28th day of February 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiffs are George Robert Bellingham and Rhoda Lois Bellingham, whose address for service is Sellar Bone & Partners, Solicitors, Level One, 3 Owens Road, Epsom, Auckland.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 74-442, Market Road, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 32-511, Auckland.
