Take notice that on the 12th day of October 2001, an application for the liquidation of The Spa Bar Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 4th day of March 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Trents Wholesale Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Anderson Lloyd Caudwell, Solicitors, Fourteenth Floor, PricewaterhouseCoopers Building, 119 Armagh Street (P.O. Box 13-381), Christchurch.
