Take notice that on the 27th day of November 2001, an application for putting Thermal Systems Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 21st day of January 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Todd Henry Enterprises Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Rory MacDonald Law, Ninth Floor, Wyndham Towers, corner of Wyndam and Albert Streets, Auckland.
Documents for service may be left at that address or posted to P.O. Box 105-443, Auckland.
