Take notice that on the 7th day of November 2002, an application for putting Ra-Itu Koanga Reo O Tokoroa Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 16th day of December 2002
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is PT Group Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Lowndes Associates, Solicitors, Level Five, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
Any documents may be served on the plaintiff at that address or:
