Take notice that on the 30th day of November 2001, an application for putting Transram Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 17th day of January 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are B. E. Cosford, A. R. J. Cosford,
L. A. Butler, Whitewater Services Limited, Warring Pty Limited and C. J. Webb, whose address for service is at the offices of Lowndes Associates, Level Five, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
Any documents may be served on the plaintiffs at that address or:
(a) posted to Lowndes Associates at P.O. Box 7311, Auckland; or
(b) transmitted to Lowndes Associates by facsimile on (09) 373 3423.
