Take notice that on the 8th day of November 2002, an application for putting The Avenue Builders Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 19th day of December 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Ryan Group Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Tompkins Wake, WestpacTrust House, 430 Victoria Street, Hamilton.
