Under the Companies Act 1993, between Colspec Construction Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 159 Fairs Road, Palmerston North-Plaintiff:
And-Fibrecon International Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at The Atrium,

Take notice that on the 4th day of November 2002, an application for putting Fibrecon International Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on Thursday, the 30th day of January 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Colspec Construction Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Guy & Toby Manktelow, Fourth Floor, BNZ House, corner of The Square and Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the plaintiff or the plaintiff's solicitor.
