Take notice that on the 10th day of September 2002, an application for putting R & B Consulting Services Limited (trading as Heritage Films) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 9th day of December 2002
