Take notice that on Wednesday, the 23rd day of October 2002, an application for putting St Martins Properties Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Friday, the 13th day of December 2002

that day.
