Take notice that on the 10th day of October 2002, an application for putting Whitewood Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 9th day of December 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Dennis Clifford Parsons, as liquidator of Whitewood Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Milroy & Associates, Level One, Arcadia Building, 11 Worley Place (P.O. Box 217), Hamilton.
