Take notice that on the 18th day of December 2001, an application to put MR No. 2 Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 28th day of February 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Marlborough Ridge Limited (in liquidation and in receivership), whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, solicitor for the above-named plaintiff, Level Twenty-one, IBM Centre, 171 Featherston Street, Wellington (Attention: M. G. Colson).
