Take notice that on the 9th day of October 2002, an application for putting In City Tyres New Plymouth Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wanganui.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 20th day of November 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is YHI (New Zealand) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Stafford Klaassen, Solicitors, 272 Manukau Road (P.O. Box 29-185), Epsom, Auckland.
