Take notice that on the 11th day of March 2002, an application for the liquidation of Tokoroa High School
Old Boys Rugby Football & Sports Club Incorporated (formerly known as Tokoroa High School Old Boys Rugby Football Club Incorporated) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 18th day of December 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated club, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Robert Joseph Wehipeihana, Tuahu Clifford (Sonny) Watene, Philip Hikairo, William Watene, Betty Mitchell and Nicolas Pomare, whose address for service is at the offices of McKechnie Quirke & Lewis, 1108 Pukaki Street, Rotorua.
