Take notice that on the 3rd day of September 2002, an application to put Marinoto Holdings Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 11th day of November 2002
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Turners & Growers Fresh Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bruce Scott Stevens, Lawyers, 57 Market Road (P.O. Box 74-316), Remuera, Auckland.
