Take notice that on the 24th day of September 2002, an application to put Blade Technologies Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 18th day of November 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
