Take notice that on the 18th day of September 2002, an application for putting Packing In Limited (formerly Bond Cargo Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 7th day of November 2002
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, whose address for service is at the offices of Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, Simpson Grierson Building, Level Thirteen, 92-96 Albert Street, Auckland.
