Take notice that on the 27th day of September 2002, an application for putting Right Homes 2000 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 18th day of November 2002 at 10.45 a.m.

that day.
