Take notice that on the 19th day of December 2001, an application for putting Dragin Logging Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 14th day of February 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Simon John Eisdell Moore, Crown Solicitor, care of Meredith Connell, Sixth Floor, General Building, 29 Shortland Street (P.O.
