Take notice that on Thursday, the 3rd day of October 2002, an application for putting Eyetech Industries Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 21st day of November 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Kiwi Optical Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Parshotam & Co., Barristers and Solicitors, Level One, ASB Bank Building, 981 Dominion Road, Mt Roskill, Auckland.
