Take notice that on the 3rd day of September 2002, an application for putting LLI Limited (formerly known
as Loose Freight Systems Limited) into liquidation by
the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 14th day of November 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Thomas Dewar Sziranyi Druce, Solicitors, Second Floor, 1 Margaret Street (P.O. Box 31-240), Lower Hutt (Solicitor Acting: Clare Stanley).
