Take notice that on the 15th day of May 2002, an application for putting Café Zambezi Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on the 30th day of October 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Trents Wholesale Limited, whose address for service is care of the offices of Anderson Lloyd Caudwell, Solicitors, Ground Floor, Otago House, corner of Princes Street and Moray Place, Dunedin.
