Take notice that on the 9th day of October 2001, an application for putting into liquidation NZ Ambulance Service North Waikato Regional Trust by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 11th day of February 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is offices of the Inland Revenue Department, Claudelands Road, Hamilton.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the plaintiff or the plaintiff's solicitor.
