Take notice that on the 29th day of August 2002, an application to put Waitara Engineering Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
New Plymouth on Wednesday, the 16th day of October 2002 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
