Take notice that on the 15th day of November 2001, an application for putting AD Pacifica Online Retail Systems Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 7th day of February 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Harvey Sheppard, Robert Knox, James Cleland and Stephanie Sheppard (trading as the Davis Crescent Joint Venture), whose address for service is at the offices of David Nicoll, Solicitor, 369 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland.
