Take notice that on the 12th day of August 2002, an application for putting DMD The Building & Design Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on the 23rd day of October 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Waimea West Joinery Limited, whose address for service is at 111 Beach Road, Richmond, Nelson.
