Take notice that on the 27th day of August 2002, an application for putting Property Market New Zealand Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on the 7th day of November 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
