Take notice that on the 27th day of August 2002, an application for putting Village Restaurant Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 10th day of October 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Mortgage Financier Nominees Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Hesketh Henry, Lawyers, Level Ten, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland 1.
