Take notice that on the 23rd day of July 2002, an application for putting United Teleporters Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 7th day of October 2002
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Noel Topp and Chris Topp, whose address for service is at the office of Rodney Lewis, 960 Victoria Street, P.O. Box 591 or D.X. G.B. 22003, Hamilton.
