Take notice that on the 26th day of August 2002, an application for putting Timberline International Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 14th day of October 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Accident Compensation Corporation, whose address for service is at the offices of Maude
& Miller, Second Floor, McDonalds Building, Cobham Court (P.O. Box 50-555 or D.X. S.P. 32-505), Porirua City.
