Take notice that on the 24th day of July 2002, an application for the winding up of Heritage Developments (1997) Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 23rd day of September 2002 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Ballantyne Construction Company
