Take notice that on the 6th day of November 2001, an application for putting Ocean View Retirement Home Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 4th day of February 2002 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
