Take notice that on the 15th day of July 2002, an application for putting into liquidation APL Technology Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on the 26th day of September 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Arche Technologies NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Webster Malcolm
& Kilpatrick, Solicitors, corner of Airedale and Lyndock Streets, Auckland 1001.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 6233,
Auckland; or
(b) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (09) 309 3693.
