Take notice that on the 30th day of July 2002, an application for the winding up of Janna Motor Holdings Limited
(in receivership) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 3rd day of October 2002
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Autoterminal NZ Limited, whose address for service is care of S. W. Greer, O'Connoll Chambers, Level Five, 3 Shortland Street, Auckland.
