Take notice that on the 2nd day of July 2002, an application for putting Philtec Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 9th day of September 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Orica New Zealand Limited (trading as Dulux New Zealand), whose address for service is at
the offices of Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, Level One, United Building, 107 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, P.O. Box 2966, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, D.X. S.P. 22-035, Wellington; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, on (04) 496 9991.
