Take notice that on Wednesday, the 31st day of July 2002, an application for putting Waipa Agricultural & Diesel Engineering Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 9th day of September 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
