And-Nonferral (NZ) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 6th day of August 2002, an application for putting Nonferral (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 19th day of September 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Capral Aluminium NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Credit Consultants (Auckland) Limited, Level Three, 3-9 Church Street, Wellington.
