And-Seafresh Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 8th day of August 2002, an application for putting Seafresh Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 2nd day of September 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries, whose address for service is at the offices of Credit Consultants (N.Z.) Limited, Level Three, 3-9 Church Street, Wellington.
