Take notice that on the 11th day of July 2002, an application to put Fairview Realty Limited into liquidation was filed
in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 5th day of September 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Wilson & Horton Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, solicitor for the above-named plaintiff, Level Twenty-two, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland (Counsel Acting: D. L. Bennington).
