into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 27th day of June 2002, an application to put Freshcorp Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 12th day of August 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Turners & Growers Fresh Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bruce Scott Stevens, Lawyers, 57 Market Road (P.O. Box 74-316), Remuera, Auckland.
